Return & Refund Policy

At Lynch18Studio, we specialize in handcrafted wood products made with care and precision. Due to the natural characteristics of wood, slight variations in color, grain, and texture are normal and not considered defects.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items (not caused by us)
- Custom or personalized products
- Wholesale/bulk orders (unless defective)
- Natural variations in wood grain or color
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photo evidence
We will offer:
- Replacement
- Full refund (case-by-case)
Wholesale Orders
- All orders are considered final sale
- Exceptions apply only for damaged or incorrect items
